Subscription terms

These terms sit above the payment button. Paying means you accept them. They sit alongside non-waivable consumer rights in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Where a statute gives you a stronger right, that statute wins.

What you are buying

A monthly subscription for The Private Deep-Dive. Each paid month includes four 60 minute private sessions, booked on the calendar after payment. It is a service, not a digital download and not a physical product.

Price and renewal

$320 USD is charged through Stripe when you subscribe, and again each month until you cancel. There is no separate booking fee on the calendar. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the conversion. The amount you authorise is $320 USD per month.

How to cancel

You can cancel before the next renewal by emailing hello@notyourslavicdoll.com or the contact page with the subject “Cancel deep-dive subscription” and the email you paid with. Cancellation stops the next charge. Sessions already paid for in the current month stay available until that month ends. We confirm cancellation by email.

Refunds

If a paid session cannot be offered in the month you were charged, email customer support and we refund that month’s $320 to the original payment method within 14 days. A session you have already taken is the service supplied for that hour. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot be waived, including rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, applicable US state law, and Canadian provincial consumer statutes.
