Pre-order terms

These terms are the contract for this pre-order. They sit above the payment button so you can read them before you pay. Paying means you accept them. They are written to sit alongside non-waivable consumer rights in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Where a statute gives you a stronger right, that statute wins.

Who you are buying from

What you are buying

One digital e-book, The Red Flag Dic*tionary (the Red Flag Dictionary ultimate field manual). It is digital content, not a physical book. You receive a copy you can read on a phone, tablet, or computer. The description on this page is the description of the goods.

Price

$33.33 USD, charged once through Stripe when you complete checkout. That is the total price for the file. There is no separate delivery fee. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the conversion. The amount you authorise is $33.33 USD.

When you receive it

Latest release date: 11 October 2026. The file will be delivered to the email address you use at checkout on or before that date. We will not move that date later without first offering you a full refund.

100% refund before the release date

You may cancel this pre-order for a 100% refund at any time before the latest release date of 11 October 2026. Email hello@notyourslavicdoll.com with the email you paid with and the date of payment. We refund the full amount you paid, to the original payment method, within 14 days of a valid request. You do not have to give a reason.

United Kingdom

This is a distance contract for digital content that is not supplied at the moment you pay. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel before the file is supplied, and that cancellation is the full refund described above. We do not ask you to waive the cancellation right in exchange for early supply, because the file is not supplied during checkout. After the file is supplied, the statutory 14-day cancellation period from the day after supply still applies unless a later waiver is collected with your express request for immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the digital content is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Those rights include repair, replacement, or a price reduction or refund where the statute provides them.

United States

Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we have a reasonable basis for promising delivery by 11 October 2026. If we cannot send the file by that date, we will offer you a full refund promptly and we will not treat silence as consent to a delay. State consumer-protection laws may give you additional rights. This policy does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived. The price shown is the price charged for the digital file.

Canada

Before you pay, this page states who is selling, what the digital file is, the total price in the currency charged, the delivery date, how to cancel, and how to reach us. You may cancel before delivery for a full refund by contacting customer support. If the file is not delivered by 11 October 2026, you may cancel. If it is still not delivered within 30 days after that date, provincial internet-agreement rules, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, give you a cancellation right where they apply. Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act and other provincial statutes may give you further rights. Those rights are not removed by these terms.

If the date is missed

If the file has not been sent by 11 October 2026, email hello@notyourslavicdoll.com. You are entitled to a 100% refund. We will not require you to wait for a later release.
